ICHEC 2025: Call for Interactivity and Artworks
Conference Overview
Organized by International Chinese Association of Computer Human Interaction (ICACHI), the International Conference on Human-Engaged Computing (ICHEC 2025, formerly Chinese CHI) will take place November 21–23, 2025 at Singapore Management University in Singapore. The themes are Inclusion, Intelligence, and Connection.
The ICHEC 2025 Interactivity & Artwork track invites interactive demonstrations, system and interface prototypes, innovative artifacts, artistic concepts, and other experiences that critically or creatively engage with the conference theme, Human-Engaged Computing. We particularly encourage submissions enabling hands-on audience participation and interaction.
Scope and Formats
We welcome, but are not limited to, the following formats:
- System and interface prototypes
- Innovative interactive installations and artifacts
- Artistic concepts and multimedia works
- Other creative interactive experiences
Submission Guidelines
Submit through the following portal:

Each submission must include:
- An extended abstract PDF, single-column, up to six pages, following the ACM Primary Article Templates
- A technical specifications and requirements PDF, without a page limit; illustrations may be included
- At least one static image of 800 × 600 pixels
- A video of no more than two minutes or a demonstration link
Submissions are non-anonymous and reviewed by a panel of track chairs. At least one author must register and demonstrate the work in person during the exhibition.

11.01 — Notification
11.15 — Final version due, optionally for inclusion in the adjunct proceedings
11.21 — Interactive exhibition
All deadlines are 23:59 AOE.

Assessment Criteria
- Alignment with the Human-Engaged Computing theme and academic or artistic quality
- Interactivity: creative or critical participant engagement
- Feasibility: safe, convenient deployment at the conference venue

We especially encourage submissions that actively engage conference participants.
